Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is an organization for Vietnamese youth from 15 to 30 years of age. The Union builds good character, love for the nation, and encourages good citizenship, soft skills and personal fitness. The Union was founded on March 26 1931 by the beloved President Ho Chi Minh.
